What You’ll Do: Drive business analysis across multiple agile teams delivering services like Filing, Enforcement, and Intelligence Mentor and inspire analysts, shaping best practice and building capability Turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions through process modelling and data insights Champion agile ways of working and foster collaboration across the organisation What We’re Looking For: BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (full qualification) Strong technical skills in SQL and/or JSON Proven experience leading BA teams and delivering strategic improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join Us?
