Senior Business Analyst – Companies House Number of available roles: 5 Location: Cardiff (Hybrid) Salary: £42,923–£52,044 Contract: Permanent | Full-time | Flexible working Closing date: 30 November 2025 (11:55 pm) Companies House is transforming its services and expanding its Business Analysis team. We’re seeking Senior Business Analysts to join our Digital Services directorate and play a key role in shaping user-focused digital solutions. What you’ll do: Lead analysis within agile service squads using Scrum methodology. Define and refine user stories, support testing, and manage live issues. Drive business improvements and model processes using BA tools. Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital services. Mentor and manage Business Analysts, supporting their development. Essential requirements: BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (mandatory). Experience in Agile delivery, business improvements, and stakeholder management. Strong skills in process mapping, requirements documentation, and communication. Technical ability with SQL/JSON and BA tools. Eligible for Security Check (SC) – must have lived in the UK for 3 of the last 5 years. Why join us?
