Graduate Data Consultant (Graduate Programme)

This is a permanent, full-time contract as a data consultant with initial 12 month graduate programme. What you’ll be doing Initially you work through our mandatory training courses to familiarise yourself with the platforms we regularly use. Shadowing experienced data colleagues who will support you in your early transitioning into Butterfly Data, which may include a range of work across the data disciplines. Receive coaching from the academy groups to help decide which of the main data disciplines you would like to specialise in: data analysis, data engineering, data science or data management. You will undertake a variety of projects with clients, providing technical data solutions for a broad range of challenges, helping organisations address real world problems. You will develop a good understanding of data structures, database systems and procedures using a range of analytical tools, methods and systems. Obtain insights into the key business processes of a data consultancy, you will have the opportunity to be involved within various internal departments.
