Since its founding in 1988, ACT - accompanied by its sister company, ALS - has become Wales’ largest training provider and a proud member of the Cardiff and Vale College (CAVC) Group. Supported by the Welsh Government, ACT aims to improve lives through learning, delivering training programmes including Jobs Growth Wales+ and Apprenticeships across 30 different sectors.
In 2024, the organisation worked with more than 5,000 learners and 1,000 employers to upskill Wales.
